"The Two Towers" Review

A book that I'm reading right know is "The Two Towers" written by J.R.R Tolkien.
This book is the second in the trilogy "The Lord of the Rings". "The Two Towers" is about six adventurers who try and destroy the ring of power but the dark lord's servants trying to stop them from succeeding. They have gone a long way were two of the adventurers split from the group and try and destroy the ring themselves. Another one of the members of the group perished in battle and know only five remain.
My thoughts on this book is at some points it can be sort of slow because there is a lot of description. There is also a lot of information to remember and a lot of made up names of towns and cities so you have to have pretty good memory to read this book. I think that you should read the first book and if you can understand it you should try reading the second one.

Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are.” -Mason Cooley

I agree completely with this quote. When reading it can take to a far off land were you control what happens. It can take you back in time, when the world was simpler. It will can bring you to far off land were only you can go. Reading lets our imagination fly free when your bored and stuck at home.
